Sports Massage & Sports Therapy

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage holistically treats the whole body, and traces the pain or discomfort as far back as possible to the original cause, healing the cause of the problem as well as the symptoms.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is very effective in dealing with muscular problems, loss of muscle tone and adhesions and removing physical tension in the muscles. Advanced massage techniques are used to breakdown fibrous areas which may have formed within the muscle, promote circulation and increase the blood supply to the injured muscle, so alleviating pain and discomfort, promoting the bodies' ability to heal itself.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is excellent therapy for soothing for the nervous system and can help bring the individual to a sense of awareness to their own bodies needs. It can be a vital aid to combat stress in our everyday lives, rejuvenating and soothing our system.

Regular massage can promote well being; reduce tension and tightness within the muscles, so calming the muscular system.

Thank You for all your help and guidance with my treatment and rehabilitation of my hip pain.
