Stretching Workshops
Our Stretching workshops cater for Sports people, Sports Coaches, Therapists and Personal Trainers, to help them incorporate stretching in to their practice, and to help advise their clients on simple stretch routines.

In our Stretching workshops we cover:
- Passive Stretching.
- Active Stretching.
- Dynamic Stretching.
- PNF Stretching.
- Facilitated Stretching

Our workshops are small group based to ensure each student gets the attention and guidance they require, also to make the workshop more fun and friendly.
We have a maximum of 16 per class.
All workshops have regular breaks, to enhance learning.
All workshops have course hand books.
All workshops have a handouts to assist with learning.
Certificate of attendance is given to attendees.
All tutors are qualified, and have many years experience.
Tea, Coffee, and Lunch included.
