Sports Stretching Workshops
These are geared towards the sports person, we can make them specific to a certain sport, or we can generalize them for many sports.

In our workshops we include:
- Theory
- Ineffective stretches, why others are more effective
- Passive Stretching, lower limbs, upper limbs and truck muscles
- Active Stretching, lower limbs, upper limbs and trunk muscles
- Practical stretching for injury rehab
- Practical self assessment of stretches for given area

Our workshops are small group based to ensure each student gets the attention and guidance they require, also to make the workshop more fun and friendly.
We have a maximum of 16 per class.
All workshops have regular breaks, to enhance learning.
All workshops have a "Work Book" to help with the learning and for quick reference after the workshop.
We also offer an email service to all participants to answer questions or queries that may arise.
